I was a full-time RN for 12 years without blemish and was fired in December for not complying with this unjust, unethical and totally worthless mandate that accomplished nothing but stressing the healthcare system and causing untold suffering to those fired from their careers and livelihoods. And now the province is spending millions to bring in foreign nurses as replacements which is a complete slap in the face to all the thousands of nurses on the sidelines. The data and science are not on their side and yet they act like it still is. I hope the courts will hold them accountable but I do not trust the judges are not political actors in this.
